About the service
Accident LLC provides an accident intake and information service. Accident LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our quiz does not determine legal rights, responsibility, eligibility, deadlines, or settlement value.
Your request
Submitting the form asks us to review the information and contact you about your request. It does not create an attorney-client relationship or guarantee an attorney, a response by a particular date, representation, or compensation. Any representation requires a separate agreement directly with a law firm. Do not rely on a submission to preserve a legal claim or meet a deadline.
State partners
The service is designed for one designated partner firm per state. Where a partner is configured, its name appears before you submit. Where none is available, Accident LLC reviews the request manually. If you already have an attorney for the accident, your request goes to manual review.
Appropriate use
Provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. Do not upload confidential documents or sensitive identifiers, misuse the service, impersonate another person, or attempt to access administrator areas. The form is intended for adults and is not an emergency service.
